📜 Agreement Overview

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Myd Money Bill Payment ("Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Not sharing your account with any third party
  • Logging out after each session, especially on shared devices

🔒 Security Notice: Never share your password, OTP, or other sensitive authentication information with anyone, including Platform representatives. We will never ask for your password or full card details via phone, email, or SMS.

Myd Money Bill Payment provides the following services through our Platform:

  1. Bill Payment Services: Mobile recharge, DTH recharge, electricity bills, and other utility payments
  2. Financial Services: AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), UPI services
  3. Wallet Services: Load wallet, add money, and manage digital wallet balance
  4. Transaction Management: View transaction history, download receipts, and track payment status
  5. Customer Support: Assistance with queries, disputes, and technical issues

✅ User Obligations and Conduct

You Agree To:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
  • Use services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges for services used
  • Maintain sufficient balance in your wallet or payment method
  • Report any errors, discrepancies, or unauthorized transactions immediately
  • Cooperate with us in resolving disputes or investigating suspicious activities

You Agree NOT To:

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of the Platform Owner or third parties

In compliance with regulatory requirements, we may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures.

📊 Transaction Limits and Restrictions

  • Daily Transaction Limits: Maximum amount that can be transacted per day
  • Monthly Limits: Cumulative transaction cap per month
  • Per-Transaction Limits: Maximum amount per single transaction
  • Wallet Balance Limits: Maximum balance that can be maintained

are owned by Myd Money Bill Payment and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You fail to complete KYC verification when requested

Upon Termination:

  • Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
  • Pending transactions will be processed or refunded as appropriate
  • Remaining wallet balance will be refunded after deducting applicable charges
  • We may retain certain information as required by law

🔄 Modifications to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chincholi and Karnataka.
